Major Changes this year include but are not limited to: members are required to take Hippology Test in order to qualify for state horse show, change in amount of sponsor ads you must sell in order to qualify for extra Rose City Bucks, if member/4-H family does not supply 2 workers for entire Rose City Horse show money will be owed for non compliance of policies/rules/regulations...check with superintendents if you have any questions....I will have them on here soon!!!)
